We have 2 Options for Aerial Hoop / Lyra parties which are based on fitness ability.
Showtime involves dancing with the hoop with some in hoop poses. This is a good choice for most people.
Circus requires a higher level of fitness. Guests will be off the ground and in the hoop most of the time.
MAX 9 PEOPLE. Leggings are required to be worn for both options.
