Class Reservation Policies
Please help us to provide the best experience for you and all of our students and staff.
Intro
Our studio operates with limited class sizes to ensure the best experience for all students. To make sure you can get into the classes you want to get into please be aware of the reservation cut off times. To help everyone have a chance to attend their desired classes, we ask that any cancelations you need to make happen in Momence as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend. This allows waitlisted students the opportunity to join.
This policy is designed to:
• Ensure fair access to classes for all students.
• Help instructors tailor their lesson plans.
• Provide the best learning environment for students of all levels, especially in multi-level classes.
Note: Online classes follow the same policies as in-studio classes unless otherwise specified.
This policy is for our regular classes. Private Lessons, Party Bookings, and other Non-Public Events have their own policies which are outlined during the booking process for those clients.
Stopping by as a Walk-in
To maintain a smooth and organized experience, walk-ins are not allowed. All students must be registered on the class roster before the class begins.
• Reservations close 2 hours before class for regular days and 6 hours before class on holidays and holiday weekends.
• If you’d like to attend a class within these cut-off times, please text 440-941-7653 to check availability. While we cannot guarantee a spot, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Late Cancelations
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class (or 6 hours for holidays) are considered late and subject to penalties. Reservations can be managed through your Momence account.
Penalties for Late Cancellations:
• Single Class Purchases: Payment for the class is forfeited.
• Credit Token Packages: Credits used to reserve the spot are forfeited.
• Unlimited Memberships: A $5 fee will be charged to the card on file. Outstanding fees must be settled before attending future classes.
If an emergency prevents you from attending, text us at 440-941-7653 to avoid penalties.
Holiday Policies
To allow instructors to plan around holidays, the late cancellation window is extended to 6 hours before class for specific holidays, including:
• Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween (including surrounding weekends), and the Friday–Sunday following Thanksgiving.

For all other holidays, the standard 2-hour policy applies.
NO CALL, NO SHOWS
Failure to attend a reserved class without canceling via Momence or notifying us is considered a “no call, no show.” Emergencies should be communicated as soon as possible by texting 440-941-7653.
Penalties for No Call, No Shows:
• Single Class Purchases: Payment is forfeited.
• Credit Token Packages: Credits are forfeited.
• Unlimited Memberships: A $10 fee will be charged to the card on file. Outstanding fees must be settled before attending future classes.
Series Classes
Series classes are designed as a cohesive course, and all sessions are grouped as one item. Students are required to attend Weeks 1 and 2 to fully benefit from the program. Each class builds from the previous week, so those first two weeks are often critical.
Attendance Policy:
- Individual classes within a series cannot be separated or rescheduled no matter if you paid for just that series, used credits for your reservation, or used an unlimited membership.
- Missed sessions may occasionally be supplemented with recordings, but this is not guaranteed and varies by series. In addition, if a recording is a possibility we need to know prior to the class time that you cannot attend and would like to request a recording. Please text us at 440-941-7653.
Cancellations and Penalties:
- Full Payment: Payments are non-refundable, and missed classes within the series cannot be transferred.
- Credit Token Packages: Credits used for a series are forfeited for any missed class sessions.
- Unlimited Memberships: Unlimited members are charged $5 for late cancellations and $10 for no-shows.
Repeated cancellations by unlimited members may result in the requirement to pay upfront for future series. If payment in full is required for an unlimited member to attend a series in the future, this payment will be refunded IF the student attends ALL sessions of that series. At that time their full unlimited member privileges will be reinstated.
Online Classes
Online classes follow the same reservation policies as in-studio classes. Classes without live attendees may be canceled, and recordings will only be provided if specifically requested in advance, and there are other students in the class to be able to create a class video.
Options for Cancellations:
- Cancel Entirely: Cancel in Momence before the cut-off time to retain your payment or credits. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the same penalties as in person attendance.
- Request a Recording: Text 440-941-7653 to let us know you cannot attend live and would like the recording.
Recordings are provided at no additional cost to registered students who notify us in advance. Access codes will be sent 1-3 days after the class takes place. Once you use the access to “rent” the video you will have it for 30 days.
termination
We reserve the right to terminate any credit token, packages, series, or membership you may have, as well as claim any payments you have made, if you continually no call/no show or have habitual last minute cancelations.
