We’re gearing up for wedding season, and are booking private parties into the summer! February will be all about putting the “dance” into “pole dance,” and we have a few more 101 series before we switch to choreography this spring.

Book Your Summer Party!

Group of 12 people posed around a pole with party lights and a pride flag in the background.

We’re taking reservations through the end of the summer for birthday parties, bachlorette parties (or divorce parties), or just a fun night out for you and your friends!

Choose from Pole, Lap Dance & Striptease, Burlesque, Belly Dance, Lyra/Aerial Hoop, or one of our Pole Combo options.

Parties are available in 60 and 90 minute options, and can accommodate groups of 5-12.

If you have a particular date and time in mind, we recommend reserving at least a month in advance. All party reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Let’s Dance: It’s Freestyle February!

Instructor, Corinne, in a floor based move. Chest stand position with one leg propping up hips from the bent knee on the ground and other leg scorpion tail shape overhead. Rocking the black platform boots.

Each month at Cleveland Eclectic Dance, we focus on a different skill, style of dance, or body part in all of regular classes.

This month at CED, we’re focusing on guiding students in finding their freestyle flow.

In our pole classes, no matter what style of pole you love to do, we will spend parts of class with drills and exercises to help you figure out how to chain moves together to develop your own way of moving around the pole. This works well in all of our dance classes! So get ready for all kinds of freestyling this month.

Inversion Training Series
Mondays, March 13th-April 3rd 7:30-8:30pm
In Studio Only

This series is for students levels 3 and up who are working on inverting but haven’t gotten there yet, and also for those who can invert but would like to strengthen the skill and/or work on other kinds of inversions.

We will start the first class going over the biomechanics of a standard invert, and each student will be assessed based on their current abilities and their goals. A slow motion invert assessment video will be created for each student between classes 1 & 2.

Strength and conditioning drills for the various aspects of inversion, as well as the muscle groups needed to execute the skill, will be explored in subsequent weeks by the whole class together.

Throughout class sessions, students will be individually guided in assessing the exercises they are learning to choose ones that will work best for their bodies.

The final week, each student will come away with a training plan that they can continue to build on. The plan is based on the work done in the first 3 weeks, and each student’s plan is tailored to them.

Since each week will build upon the last, it is important to commit to all 4 classes.

This class is $70 for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Memberships and Pole Flex Passes. See less
